HTC made it possible.The HTC One uses this technology.Its megapixel's are bigger than that of other competing cameras.The fewer the pixels in an identical screen tells that the size of pixels is larges i.e ULTRA.For comparision both HTCone and Lumia 920 have 1/3 inch sensor,lumia has 8.7 MP whereas HTC with just 4MP.These both differ in size of pixels i.e Lumia 920 has pixels of size 1.4micro meter where as HTCone's are of 2micro meter
